Моделирование динамики популяций охотничьих животных в Ленинградской области: формирование и верификация модели, прогноз развития популяции РЕЗЮМЕ В статье рассматриваются процессы формирования и верификации модифицированной матричной модели динамики популяций охотничьих животных в Ленинградской области, а также расчета прогнозных показателей динамики популяций и добычи лося и кабана в Ленинградской области до 2026 года. При верификации модели по лосю получены незначительные отклонения (от 1,8 до 6,7% по абсолютной величине) результатов решения модифицированной матричной модели от фактических ретроспективных данных, а по модели популяции кабана отклонения составили от 0,7 до 7,3%, что свидетельствуют об адекватности и точности отражения динамики популяции лося и кабана в Ленинградской области при модельных экспериментах.
Многолетний анализ назначаемых судебно-следственными органами комиссионных судебно-медицинских экспертиз в Санкт-Петербургское ГБУЗ БСМЭ (далее Бюро) свидетельствует о явной тенденции возрастания количества и доли экспертиз, связанных с оказанием медицинской помощи при расследовании уголовных и рассмотрении гражданских дел. Согласно данным литературы [1-3], это соответствует общероссийским тенденциям. Так, в 2013 г. проведено 240 таких экспертиз (24% от всех видов исследований, проводимых в отделе сложных комиссионных экспертиз Бюро), в 2014 г.-326 (27%), в 2015 г.-397 (32,6%), в 2016 г.-403 (30%), а в 2017 г.-583 (41%). Экспертизы назначали, как правило, в связи с неблагоприятными исходами после проведенного лечения для выяснения причины такого исхода, а также по жалобам родственников и пациентов на качество оказанной медицинской помощи. В основном претензии предъявлялись к государственным (в 2017 г. 479 случаев), реже к частным (в 2017 г. 104 случая) медицинским учреждениям.

USING AUDIO TRAININGS WHEN WORKING WITH CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDSThe article presents a modern interpretation of the term "inclusion", which is used to describe the process of teaching children with special needs at comprehensive schools. Considering the interpretation of the term "a child with special educational needs" some categories of children with special educational needs have been distinguished. It has been noted that the work with children with special educational needs has its specificity: every comprehensive school teacher, who is going to work with such children, must obtain the necessary knowledge and skills. Special attention is paid to the considerable capabilities of modern Music lessons as the lessons of multi-artistic activities of school students and the influence of music on the development of physical, psychic and mental aspects of children's development. It has been emphasized that the content, forms and methods of the educational work in an inclusive class must be focused on the correction of current disabilities. In this regard the Tomatis method based on the system of audio trainings has been suggested. It is aimed at increasing the brain capacity of perceiving and processing information by ear. This method provides stimulation of bone conduction and outer ear by means of playing and interchanging audio frequencies. The peculiarities of using this method have been revealed with the help of a special electronic apparatus "Electronic ear". It is important for a teacher be able to choose the appropriate forms, methods and means of work with children with special needs considering the nosology of every child. The effectiveness of the Tomatis method for the improvement of children's motor and sensor skills, attentiveness and space orientation, speech development, communication skills, reaction rate, development of creative and music abilities as well as their emotional state has been proved.Keywords: inclusion, children with special needs, audio training, the Tomatis method.
