Polyamide 6-acrylonitrile graft copolymers were prepared without formatiorr of homopolymer by using an initiation system consisting of potassium persulphate, cuprie ion and a surface active substance. The graft yield was determined in dependence on the concentration of cuprie ion, persulphate and acrylonitrile as well as time and temperature of polymerization. A mechanism of the grafting reaction is sugcested.
