Las superaleaciones base níquel son utilizadas en aplicaciones tecnológicas que requieren gran resistencia a altas temperaturas. Muchas de estas aleaciones son endurecidas por precipitación de una fase coherente γ'[(Al,Ti)] precipitada en una matriz FCC. Las propiedades y resistencia a los cambios microestructurales dependen de factores como: velocidad de crecimiento, distribución, fracción de volumen y tamaño de partícula, factores estos que pueden ser controlados por medio de diferentes tratamientos térmicos. El presente trabajo describe el efecto de los tratamientos térmicos de solubilizado, post-solubilizado y precipitado para producir distintos tamaños y distribución de partículas γ'[(Al,Ti)] en una superaleación CMSX-2 y posteriormente se estudió a través de diferentes tratamientos térmicos de envejecimiento a temperatura constante, la evolución, crecimiento y energía de activación para el crecimiento de las partículas precipitadas.
