Предложена расчетная методика определения условий и области варьирования параметров лазерной маркировки растровых рисунков на сферических роторах электростатических гироскопов. Методика обеспечивает возможность управле-ния контрастом растра при сохранении погрешности на уровне сотых долей микрометра. Разработаны средства математического обеспечения, основанные на моделировании процесса управления контрастностью. На первом этапе про-цедуры используется непараметрическая аппроксимация (известными считают-ся лишь самые общие сведения об изучаемой зависимости, которая выявляется в общем виде), а на втором -параметрическая аппроксимация (модель изу-чаемой зависимости считается известной и осуществляется количественное обозначение параметров модели). Обоснована целесообразность использования предложенной модели при лазерной маркировке для общего случая и для кон-кретного варианта маркирования тонкопленочного покрытия нитрида титана. Представлено семейство кривых, определяющих зависимость контраста от мощности лазера для различных вариантов стехиометрического состава нитри-да титана TiN x (x = 0,80-1,00). Приведены результаты практического исполь-зования технологии.Ключевые слова : лазерная маркировка, растровый рисунок, контраст, моде-лирование, аппроксимация, нитрид титана, стехиометрия. Введение. Широкое использование лазерных технологий в различных областях науки и техники [1] позволило на качественно новом уровне преодолеть технологические проблемы маркировки растровых рисунков [2-4] на прецизионных узлах гироскопических приборов [5], в частности, сферических роторов электростатического гироскопа [6,7], используемого на космических объектах и в морских навигационных системах. Растровый рисунок является основным элементом оптоэлектронной системы съема информации с ротора. При этом мак-симальная погрешность изготовления ротора составляет сотые доли микрометра, что во мно-гом обусловливает точность гироскопа.
