The purpose of this document is to show evidence of the work carried out as part of the pre-flight flight validation activities of one RNAV approach Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP), down to LPV minima, at Katowice Airport (EPKT). The document is a deliverable of the TEN-T funded project "Support to the EGNOS APV Operational Implementation -APV MIELEC".
The air transport requires certificate of ground and deck devices, systems and adequate procedures. However applied geodetic techniques and measuring technologies depend on taken undertakings. If one should precisely put standard ground systems and the navigational assistance are overbalancing static geodetic techniques and measuring technologies. However operational activity, depending on the phase of the flight a real requires applying geodetic techniques and measuring Jechnologies time”. As part of conducted air tests they made the validation of four fundamental parameters (accuracy, credibility, availability, continuity) of satellite EGNOS, GNSS signals, made as part of European projects: “Support to the EGNOS APV Operational Implementation - APV MIELEC”, air tests enabled to draw right procedures up and to apply satellite signals in the air transport. Details will be presented in the following article.
The objective of this article is to provide some guidance to perform the activities regarding to "The EGNOS country market analysis". Such analyses are necessary during the implementation of EGONS for operational activity. The presented algorithm of proceedings was validated during conducted examinations, of aviation tests in the framework of the SHERPA project (Support ad-Hoc to Eastern Region with Pre-operational Actions on GNSS) under the Agreement Grant No. 287246 with the GSA (European GNSS Agency). Next it was admitted as the European model of conducting analyses of this type in aviation.
Warunkiem bezpiecznego i precyzyjnego wykonania zadania przez bezzałogowy
aparat latający jest wstępne i bezpośrednie przygotowanie nawigacyjne. Potwierdzono
to założenie podczas przeprowadzonych w kwietniu 2020 r. działań ratowniczo-
-gaśniczych w Biebrzańskim Parku Narodowym. Oprócz 79 zastępów jednostek ochrony przeciwpożarowej i 380 strażaków, dwóch śmigłowców, sześciu samolotów
dodatkowo działania operacyjne wspierały cztery bezzałogowe systemy latające.
Zdobyte doświadczenia i wnioski umożliwiły opracowanie koncepcji przygotowania
nawigacyjnego dla bezzałogowych systemów latających.
The purpose of this document is to present evidence of the work carried out as part of the flight validation activities of the RNAV approach involving the instrument flight procedures (IFPs), down to the localizer performance with vertical (LPV) minima, for RWY27 at Katowice Airport (EPKT). The presented material constitutes the second part of the "Preflight validation RNAV GNSS approach procedures for EPKT in the EGNOS APV Mielec" project. The following issues were addressed: flight validation conditions, list of performed approaches, flight path analysis and pilot feedback.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
