Работа посвящена повышению качества работы электростанции, оснащенной системой автоматического управления СУДМ.03 для работы на газомоторном топливе, путем замены ПИД-регулятора на дробный ПИДрегулятор с целью улучшения качественных характеристик частоты вращения коленчатого вала, непосредственно влияющих на качество вырабатываемой электроэнергии. Проведены исследования на базе лабораторной установки электростанции с двигателем Д-242, переоборудованным под работу на газомоторном топливе. Построена имитационная модель лабораторной установки для определения оптимальных настроек исследуемых в работе ПИД-регуляторов с целыми и дробными показателями. Результаты лабораторных испытаний показали преимущество дробного ПИД-регулятора по качественным показателям переходного процесса -быстродействию и точности управления -по сравнению с применяемым классическим регулятором, что является результатом снижения взаимосвязи между забросом частоты и скоростью переходного процесса. Таким образом, применение алгоритма дробного ПИД-управления обеспечивает экономию топлива. В условиях одинаковой эксплуатации при использовании ПИД-регулятора расход топлива составил 0,0057 м 3 /ч, а при применении дробного ПИД-регулятора расход составил 0,0053 м 3 /ч. Экономия топлива составила при применении дробного ПИД-регулятора 7,02%, при этом наблюдалось улучшение качества работы двигателя. Данный метод управления возможно распространить на электростанции разной мощности с дополнительным исследованием настроечных параметров дробного ПИД-регулятора.Ключевые слова: регулятор нецелого порядка, электростанция, автоматическая система управления, двигатель Д242, электронная система управления, частота вращения коленчатого вала, экономия топлива
