Среди общего объема патологий стопы центральное место занимает плантарный (подошвенный) фасциит. Предполагаемыми этиологическими факторами воспаления плантарной фасции являются лишний вес, чрезмерные физические нагрузки, плосковальгусная деформация стоп, неправильно подобранная обувь. Исследования показали взаимосвязь степени гибкости подошвенных мышц, индекса массы тела и объема нагрузок на подошвенные поверхностные структуры. Клинические проявления подошвенного фасциита связаны с патогномоничным симптомом первичной утренней боли пораженной стопы. На сегодняшний день немедикаментозная терапия подошвенного фасциита применяется наряду с другими методами консервативного и хирургического лечения. В статье проведен обзор наиболее используемых немедикаментозных средств терапии плантарного фасциита, также описан распространенный в западных странах метод кинезиотейпирования, применяемый в том числе в спорте высших достижений. Хорошую эффективность показали физические упражнения, изолированно воздействующие на фасцию, и упражнения, направленные на расслабление задней части мышц голени, а также методы экстракорпоральной ударно-волновой терапии. Несмотря на широкое применение в клинической практике аппаратов экстракорпоральной ударно-волновой терапии (ЭУВТ), существует объективная сложность исследования эффективности ЭУВТ, из-за различия в протоколах использования аппаратов ЭУВТ, возможности выбора различных типов воздействия непосредственно на локализацию патологического процесса, а также на его интенсивность.
