Одним из важнейших показателей надежности технических объектов является их долго-вечность. Вероятностно-статистические методы, применяемые для групповой оценки срока службы судового оборудования на стадии его проектирования, малопригодны для индивиду-альной оценки остаточного ресурса во время эксплуатации в связи с существенными значени-ями коэффициентов вариации ресурса и значительными расхождениями предполагаемой и фактической моделей эксплуатации. Повышение достоверности оценок может быть достиг-нуто за счет контроля фактических режимов эксплуатации и мониторинга диагностических параметров, характеризующих процесс деградации фактического технического состояния обо-рудования. На конкретных примерах рассмотрены особенности прогнозной экстраполяции временных рядов наблюдений за диагностическим параметром и применения метода прогно-зирования, основанного на регистрации фактической истории эксплуатационных нагружений. Отмечается, что экстраполяционный метод, наряду с такими достоинствами, как использова-ние минимального количества контролируемых параметров и универсальность, имеет и ряд недостатков, снижающих его эффективность при оценке остаточного ресурса многорежимных объектов. Для расширения области применения экстраполяционного прогнозирования пред-ложены специальные методики корректировки временного ряда с помощью метода Эйлера, линейных и нелинейных регрессионных моделей, а также применение метода оценки остаточ-ного ресурса, предусматривающего предварительное изучение физико-химических процессов деградации технического состояния оборудования и последующую оценку эквивалентной наработки ресурса с использованием результатов регистрации режимов эксплуатации и гипо-тезы линейного суммирования повреждений.Ключевые слова: cудовое оборудование, остаточный ресурс, прогнозирование, экстра-поляция, регистрация истории эксплуатационных нагружений.
