Вестник Самарского государственного аэрокосмического университета №5(47) Экспериментальные исследования показывают, что основные детали -валы и диски газотурбин-ных двигателей, работающие в условиях малоцикловой усталости и длительной прочности, имеют дол-говечность, значительно превышающую ресурс, определяемый расчётным путём на основе гипотезы линейного суммирования повреждений. Следовательно, требуется уточнение расчётных методик, позво-ляющее полнее использовать резервы прочности деталей. В данной работе проведены исследования влияния на долговечность увеличения длительности отнулевого цикла нагружения образцов с периодом Т = 200 с и выдержкой на максимальном и минимальном уровнях: Dt max =120 c и Dt min =60 c. Исследова-ния проводили на стандартных круглых образцах с диаметром рабочего участка 7,5 мм. Показано, что при остановке нагружения в материале протекают релаксационные процессы, сопровождающиеся рос-том пластических деформаций и деформационным циклическим упрочнением. При этом установлено, что гипотеза о линейном суммировании статической и циклической составляющих повреждений в усло-виях малоцикловой усталости и длительной прочности не подтверждается. Увеличение в цикле напря-жений длительности выдержки под нагрузкой до Dt max =20 c и более приводит к значительному росту -до 94 % статической составляющей повреждения. Результаты исследований, полученные при цикличе-ском и повторно-статическом нагружениях, позволили подтвердить и обосновать существование неиз-вестного ранее «Эффекта циклического упрочнения» материалов, обусловленного длительностью дейст-вия максимальных нагрузок в цикле нагружения.Малоцикловая усталость, длительная прочность, длительность цикла нагружения, напряжённо-деформированное состояние, эффект циклического упрочнения.
