В исследование включены 62 больных и пострадавших с дефектами кожи и мягких тканей верхней конечности, из которых у 34 применялись стандартные подходы к лечению, у 28 -метод дозирован-ного растяжения тканей. Доказана высокая клиническая эффективность предложенного метода: отмечено со-кращение сроков деконтаминации раны, снижение частоты местных и общих осложнений, уменьшение дли-тельности лечения и сроков заживления раны, а также повышение уровня медико-социальной реабилитации пациентов.Ключевые слова: дефект кожи, дозированное тканевое растяжение, верхняя конечность, закрытие ран
Был проведен анализ иностранной и российской литературы, посвящённой проблеме выбора и варианта установки бедренного компонента при ревизионном эндопротезировании тазобедренного сустава с обширными дефектами проксимального отдела бедренной кости. С ростом числа первичного эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава растет количество ревизионных вмешательств, в случаях массивных костных дефектов проксимального отдела бедренной кости встает вопрос выбора дизайна и способа фиксации бедренного компонента эндопротеза тазобедренного сустава. Выбор дизайна и хирургической методики зависит от множества факторов, таких как: причина ревизии, наличие в анамнезе инфекционного процесса в области тазобедренного сустава, активности пациента, возраста и индекса массы тела, опыта оперирующего хирурга и, наконец, от степени дефекта проксимального отдела бедренной кости.
