Abstract: Significance As a desktoplevel extreme ultraviolet (EUV) coherent light source, high harmonic generation (HHG) becomes an indispensable tool in fundamental science fields such as atomic and molecular physics, biomedicine, materials chemistry, and precision spectroscopy.
