Abstract:Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for more than 80% of lung cancer and the high mortality probably be caused by early invasion and metastasis. LncRNA FOXD2-AS1 is involved in tumor proliferation, invasion and metastasis. Epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is the main critical process of progression and metastasis.
