Abstract: Ancient medicine was sublimated into the experimental science by Hippocrates, and developed to the medical science in the Renaissance due to inspection of inside human body by anatomy. Color theory also progressed in the Renaissance, resulting in establishments of optics and spectroscopy in 17th century.
