Abstract:To identify the thermal environments in which the wearing long-sleeved Ventilated Working Jacket (VWJ) when walking is effective, we conducted an experiment using an artificial climate chamber that controlled the air temperature at 28°C and 32°C. During the walking exercise, we measured the physiological and psychological responses of the subjects while they were wearing and not wearing the VWJ.
