师范生“三位一体”协同培养机制构建的困境及相应举措

Abstract: 师范生“三位一体”协同培养机制已经成为中国教师教育改革与研究的基本方向。为培养更优质的师资,为实现政府、高校、中小学协同合作协同培养优质师资的教育目标,各地都在进行“三位一体”协同培养机制的积极探索。论文从师范生“三位一体”协同培养机制构建的背景及成效方面入手,对师范生“三位一体”协同培养机制构建过程中的困境进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施,以期为建立师范生“三位一体”协同培养长效机制提供一定参考。
