Abstract: This study aimed to investigate how the Presenteeism of hotel employees interact with job stress and emotional labor. Data were collected from 20 five star hotels in the Greater Cairo region in Egypt. A total of 335 surveys were collected and analyzed. The findings revealed that employees have a moderate level of Presenteeism, job stress, and emotional labor.
