Abstract

The subject of res judicata of judgment of the International Court of Justice has great importance as it is related to the resolution of international disputes and the effectiveness of the implementation of international judicial judgments and the achievement of legal stability at the international level. In this research, I have discussed the concept and scope of res judicata of judgment of the International Court of Justice, its implications, the extent of the final res judicata of the International Court of Justice's judgment. Furthermore, I have recorded important conclusions and recommendations in this regard.
