Abstract:The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between the impression management behavior and the employee performance at hotels. Thus, the study included supervisor-focused IM, self-focused IM. The study included ingratiation, exemplification, intimidation, supplication and selfpromotion as impression management strategies.
