Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the direct and indirect effect of Psychosocial Safety Climate on organizational outcomes through Organizational Virtuousness Applied To Permanent Employees In Services Directorates in Dakahlia Governorate . Data were collected 362 Permanent Employees In Services Directorates. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to test the hypotheses.The study results showed that there were direct positive significant effects of Psychosocial Safety Climate on Organizational Virtuousness. Also, found a significant positive effect of Psychosocial Safety Climate on organizational outcomes. And found a significant positive effect of Organizational Virtuousness on organizational outcomes. Moreover, found a significant positive indirect effect of Psychosocial Safety Climate on organizational outcomes through mediating Organizational Virtuousness.
