Abstract

The purpose of the article is to improve information technologies used to protect information in the domestic law enforcement system. The task of the article is to formulate the principles of information technology system analysis of information protection in law enforcement activities.The purpose of the information protection system in law enforcement activity (IPSLEA) is defined on the basis of system analysis. These are human rights to correct information/data used in law enforcement activities. The appointment of IPSLEA is to guarantee human rights to correct information used by law enforcement officers. The objective function of IPSLEA is to ensure the human right to information. The article discloses the material, energy and informational elements of the IPSLEA structure. Internal connections of the IPSLEA are connections between structural elements. External relations are manifested in the interaction of IPSLEA with the external environment -other state bodies and the population.The article outlines the structure of IPSLEA in accordance with the norms of the current legislation. In accordance with Article 21 of the Law on State Secrets, regime-secret bodies are established in state bodies that conduct activities related to state secrets in order to develop and implement measures to ensure the regime of secrecy. The regime-secret body includes units of the regime, secret administration and other units that directly ensure the protection of state secrets.The internal functioning of the IPSLEA system is the internal processes of interaction of its structural elements. The external functioning of IPSLEA is manifested in adaptive and adaptive activity.The IPSLEA system is a material, artificial, "open", non-linear, complex, multifunctional, probabilistic, "stylish", discrete, behavioral, purposeful system.In accordance with the principles of systems engineering, two promising aspects of further research on IPSLEA can be outlined.
