Abstract

An important problem of outpatient surgery to this day is the complex treatment of patients with severe fungal infections, complicated onychomycosis with multiple nail lesions, onychogryphosis with incarnation. The aim of our work is to create on the basis of morphogenesis of purulent-necrotic destructive and compression complications of surgical nail pathology and testing in the clinic of the scale of onychodestruction in polyonychomycosis, including multiple, combined and recurrent lesions of the subungual tissue, early and late complications.
