Abstract:Introduction: A rare clinical case of coronary artery bypass grafting in congenital chest abnormality with Poland syndrome is described. This syndrome is a congenital anomaly, which is characterized by a combination of unilateral aplasia or hypoplasia of the sternocostal head of the pectoralis major muscle with ipsilateral brachysyndactyly in the classic version.
