Abstract:Radiation thermopiles are basic structures for sensors used for measuring energy parameters of different radiation with wavelength from 0.1 to 100 mcm. Current work describes features of using p-Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 and n-Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 thin film thermopiles obtained with pulsed laser deposition method on different substrates.
