Abstract

The results of the research confirm that the tasks and prerequisites for setting doctoral programs in public administration in Ukraine should include the development of doctoral curricula that will be consistent with the sustainable European practice. This will ensure the further harmonization with the European research and educational area and (to some extent) the use of the opportunities of academic mobility. Conclusions and the prospects of the further research.The further research should be concentrated in the analysis of priorities for the applied nature of research and the development of Doctoral students' research skills. That requires the cooperation with the public authorities and civic organizations, and business structures, etc.
