Особливості Ділового Спілкування При Здійсненні Туристичної Діяльності

Abstract

The basis of the success of any activity is not only the product and business components for its implementation, the most important role is played by a comprehensively developed, highly spiritual personality that gives life to any business. One of the main levers for achieving any goal is communication. One of the ways to establish relationships in all spheres of life is communication, during which it is necessary to observe the norms and rules of ethics. In turn, the ethics of business communication involves the establishment of certain communications that lead not only to the exchange of information, but also to understanding and establishing mutually acceptable business relations.In our study, we consider the peculiarities of business communication in tourism. This is due to the fact that tourist activity is one of the profitable, changing and complex types of business, which requires a deep scientific analysis specifically in the direction of communicative features. One of the primary tasks in business activity is the choice of effective ways to establish relationships and exchange information both between the organization and stakeholders, the manager and subordinates, and within the organization itself. Also, the ethics of business communication affects the business reputation not only of each employee, but of the enterprise as a whole.Thanks to the norms, principles and rules of etiquette, it is possible to avoid misunderstandings, disputes and conflicts, which saves time, affects the atmosphere, gives each participant of business relations a sense of peace and encourages new achievements. The purpose of our article is to highlight some features of business communication that are important in tourism activities. To date, this issue has not been given enough attention, which prompts us to raise this important topic in our research to better understand the specifics and increase the effectiveness of achieving certain tasks necessary for the competitiveness of tourism enterprises in the market. The article provides a range of subjects of tourism activity, presents an analysis of the definitions of such concepts as: «communication» and «business communication».The issue of the types and functions of business communication is also revealed, certain features inherent in business communication in tourism activities are given.
