Abstract: The introduction of CsPbBr3 nanocrystals into the ZnO porous matrix leads to the appearance of a positive photoconductivity response in the visible spectral range. Measurement of the spectral dependences of absorption, photoluminescence and photoconductivity showed that the shape and position of the photoluminescence peak are associated with defects in CsPbBr3.
