Обґрунтування Окремих Тактико-Технічних Характеристик Комплексної Апаратної Зв’язку Та Кібербезпеки Підрозділів Сектору Безпеки Та Оборони

Abstract

The experience of combat use of military communications equipment indicates the need to modernize the requirements for tactical and technical characteristics not only for individual samples, but also for entire families of vehicles. The existing automobile base, where means and equipment of communication of the security and defense sector are transported, is based on the automobile fleet of technically outdated equipment of the GAZ, Zil, Kamaz, Maz, Ural brands and their modifications, whose technical support is located in Russia and Belarus. With the advent of cyber threats, from which it is necessary to protect information and communication nodes, there was a need to form new divisions of the security and defense sector. Accordingly, there was a need to equip these divisions with complex hardware in accordance with the accepted model range. Domestic manufacturers PJSC Avtokraz and LLC Tritel took their own initiative. However, the lack of a systematic approach and proactive nature create prerequisites for solving the problem. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the tactical and technical characteristics and individual requirements for the future complex hardware communication and cybersecurity, namely the automobile base, the list of communication tools for the needs of units of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. To achieve this goal, the article solves partial tasks: analyzes the current state of publications on the research topic; justifies a new solution. The paper provides justification of tactical and technical characteristics of complex hardware communications and cybersecurity for the needs of units of the security and defense sector of Ukraine. The result obtained is scientific and advisory in nature. The final approval of the tactical and technical characteristics of integrated hardware communications and cybersecurity for the needs of units of the security and defense sector of Ukraine remains with the right of the customer.
