Модельные Оценки Квантовой Емкости Аморфных И Эпитаксиальных Графеноподобных Соединений

Abstract: In the scope of simple models analytical estimates of quantum capacitance for the infinite sheet, nanoribbon and chain of the 2D analogs of the compounds, having hexagonal structures (graphene-like compounds) are fulfilled. Non-monotonic dependence of on the electrostatic potential is demonstrated. Obtained results are compared with the calculations of the other authors.
