Abstract: Two-dimensional interaction of a shock in air with elliptic area (two-dimensional gas bubble) filled with propane-oxygen mixture with addition of heavy gas is numerically studied using Euler’s equations. Propane combustion is modeled with one-stage Arrhenius kinetics.
