Abstract:A wide range of pathology from ectopia of the anal opening to combined anomalies of the rectum and genitourinary tract refers to malformations of the anorectal region. Since the results of their treatment, both long-term and short-term, are not always satisfactory, the course of pregnancy can worsen the condition of the pregnant woman and affect the intrauterine fetus. This circumstance provides for the management of childbirth in a specialized institution.
