The article is devoted to the analysis of innovative approaches to territorial planning as a key factor in supporting the sustainable development of agglomerations in the post-war period. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to develop and implement new development strategies that take into account modern challenges and ensure effective use of the resources of agglomeration associations. In the post-war period, agglomerations became critical factors for economic and socio-cultural development.
