Abstract:The work considers the processes of formation of aluminium melt drops, dispersion of aluminium melts and dynamics along the surface of the semiconductor during the electrical explosion of the metal film. It has been shown that in conditions of flow of rectangular high-density current pulses (amplitude j=8.1010 A/m2 and duration up to 2.5 ms), an electrical explosion of a conductor occurs through a test structure based on aluminium film (thickness 3 μm). Dispersion of up to 30% of the mass of the aluminium film… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
