β-Adrenoceptor-Mediated Relaxation of Carbachol-Pre-Contracted Mouse Detrusor

Abstract: Aims: To study the β-adrenoceptor subtypes involved in the relaxation responses to (-)-isoprenaline in carbachol-pre-contracted (CCh) mouse detrusor muscle with intact and denuded mucosa.
