“…Estas diaminas son moléculas bifuncionales, que eventualmente ensamblan dos NPs metálicas generando la formación de espacios interpartículas (hot spots) en donde el campo electromagnético localizado por plasmones de superficie se intensifica aún más, resultando de ello una enorme intensificación del espectro Raman (SERS)[15,16]. Así por ejemplo la 1,8octanodiamina (AD8) ha sido empleada en la detección de contaminantes clorados sin afinidad alguna por las NPs metálicas[17].
