α‐Radical Phosphines: Synthesis, Structure, and Reactivity

Abstract: A series of phosphines featuring a persistent radical were synthesized in two steps by condensation of dialkyl‐/diarylchlorophosphines with stable cyclic (alkyl)(amino)carbenes (cAACs) followed by one‐electron reduction of the corresponding cationic intermediates.
