Zur Ultrastruktur der Luteinzellen von Follikel-Lutein-Zysten des Rindes

Abstract

Inhalt: Luteinzellen der anovulatorisch entstehenden Follikel-Lutein-Zysten (FI,-Zys t m ) wurden, im Vcr~qleich mil solchen uus Corpora lutea periodica (Clp). elektronenmikroskopisch untersucht, u m i u Kiickschliissen auf ihre funktionelle Vollwerti\ykeit zu gelangen. In Abhangtqkeit v o m jeroeiligen Entwicklungsstand des Luteingewebes, der lichtmikroskopisch definierbar ist, enthalten besonders die groflen Luteinzellen der FL-Zyste u.a. vorwiegend agranulares endoplasmatisches Retikulum, Mitochondrien uom Tubulus-Typ sowie mit der endokrinen Aktiuitat der Luteinzelle korrelierbare Mengen Lipid und elektronendichte Granula. Morphologisch entsprechen sie damit den 1,uteinzellen von Clp, so dafl auf cine vergleichbare endokrine Funktionsfahigkeit ,yeschlossen werden kann. Thus, they correspond morpholoRically t o those of corpora luteu periodica, so that u similar functional capacity can be concluded. EinleitungDer EinfluB der anovulatorisch entstehenden Follikel-Lutein-Zyste (F1,-Zyste) auf das Zyklusgeschehen des Rindes, speziell die Frage nach einer zyklusgerechten Ruckbildung der Zyste, ist nicht viillig geklart (Grunert, 1982). Daher 1st naheliegend, das Luteingewebe der FL-Zyste mit dem von Corpora lutea periodica (Clp) zu vergleichen. Aufgrund der vorliegenden mikroskopischen und endokrinologischen Untersuchungen kann eine Parallelitat der Luteingewebe beider FunktionskBrper hinsichtlich ihres Aufbaus und ihrer Progesteronproduktion unterstellt werden (Peukert-Adam et al., 1983a, b). Um weitere Ruckschlusse auf ihre funktionelle Gleichwertigkeit zu ziehen, sollen in dieser Arbeit die Luteinzellen von FL-Zysten auf die fur Luteinzellen des Clp bekannten Ultrastrukturen untersucht werden.
