Zur Struktur amorpher metallischer Schichten des Systems Germanium—Kupfer

Abstract: Amorphe Filme von Ge, Ge + 23 At% Cu und Ge + 40 At% Cu werden durch abschreckende Kondensation hergestellt. D… Show more

“…The interference function F ( k ) calculated for the initial model (Fig. 2a) shows only a general, but rather poor in the details, agreement with the experimental P ( k ) reported in [7] for a Cuo.23(a-Ge)o.,? alloy.…”

“…2d) with the experimental data in [7], obtained on films deposited a t 4.2 K and annealed at 350 K. The relative heights of the F ( k ) maxima are particularly well reproduced. Thus, this relaxation procedure seems to work satisfactorily up to higher metal contents, where the structure becomes more like a dense random packing of atoms, with the condition of choosing adequate interaction parameters.…”
