Zur Klinik der Acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans Pick-Herxheimer unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Immunelektrophorese

Abstract

Acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans gives a typical change in the composition of the serumproteins. This could be verified in 54 cases during the years 1960–1970 at the Dermatological University Clinic Zurich. Comparative investigations of immunoelectrophoresis in 11 patients before and after treatment in the course of 1 to 4 years partially confirmed these findings, they however showed other typical changes which remained for a long time after successful clinical treatment.
