Zweifellos ist unser Wissen auf dem Gebiet der Pigmentosen erheblich angewachsen, doch ist gerade bei exogenen Pigmentierungen mit dem Auftreten un-gew6hnlieher Formen zu reehnen, die aui die zunehmenden Kontaktm6gliehkeiten mit ehromogenen Gewerbestoffen und diagnostisehen bzw. therapeutisehen Substanzen zurfiekgehen. Solehe Pigmentierungen sind h/iufig keine einfachen Ablagerungen (wie die des Kohlenstaubes im Lungengewebe), sondern gehen eine mehr oder weniger enge Verbindung mit Eiweil~-, Kohlenhydrat-oder Fettstoffen ein (etwa naeh Art des Eisens, der Karotinoide und der Flavine). Die dabei entstehenden Stoffgemische shad demnach als exogen induzierte bzw. halbnati~rliche Pigmente anzusehen.Ira folgenden soll eine ungewShnliche und bislang noeh nicht beobachtete Pigmentose beschrieben werden, auf die wir bei einer Obduktion aufmerksam wurden und deren Reproduk~ion uns im Tierversuch gelang.
