Zur Abschätzung physikalischer und physikalisch‐chemischer Daten von AlBV‐Verbindungen mit Zinkblendestruktur

Abstract: Die AlBV-Verbindungen nehmen unter dcn AIIIBv-Verbindungen bezuglich der mit der Gitterkonstante verknupften Eigenschaftcn eine gewisse Sondcrstellung ein. Dieses Verhalten wird mit der Abwesenheit vom Rumpf-d-Elektroncn beim Aluminium in Zusammenhang gebracht. Die Kompressibilitiiten von Alp, AlAs und AlSb lassen sich in guter ubereinstimmung mit borechneten Werten aus der Abhangigkeit von Gitterkonstante und der Mikrohiirte abschatzen.
