Zum Mechanismus der Proteinbiosynthese I. Die Bindung von Matrizen‐RNS und Aminoacyl‐RNS an Ribosomen

Abstract: 1. Ein Überblick über die künftig einzeln zu untersuchenden Schritte der Protein‐Biosynthese wird vorausgeschickt. 2. Durch Sedimentation im Saccharose‐Dichtegradienten fraktionierte 30‐ und 50‐S‐Komponenten der Ribosomen von E. coli zeigen neue Details im Elektronenmikroskop. 3. Isolierte 30‐ und 50‐S‐Partikel neigen zu einer vorzugsweisen Bindung an eines der beiden Enden von Polyuridylsäure. 4.
