Zoledronate promotes osteoblast differentiation in high‐glucose conditions via the p38MAPK pathway

Abstract: Zoledronate (ZOL) were found to inhibit bone resorption in an animal model of diabetes, high glucose concentrations have been shown to decreased the osteogenesis-related gene expression. But the molecular mechanism by which high glucose levels affect osteoblasts and the effects of ZOL on osteoblast differentiation in a high-glucose environment remain unclear.
