Žinių vadybos įtaka tobulinant organizacijos kompetencijas

Abstract: Šiuolaikinės konkurencijos sąlygomis organizacijos privalo tapti lanksčios, kūrybingos, inovatyvios ir kompetentingos, kad įgyvendintų savo siekius ir išsiskirtų rinkoje. Padidėjęs ekonominis ir socialinis žinių vaidmuo keičia organizacijų ir jų aplinkos apibrėžtis papildant jas atitinkamai: žinių organizacijų, žinių aplinkos sąvokomis, kurios apibūdina ne tik aplinkos sudėtingumą, bet ir jos įtaką organizacijų veiklai.
