Zero‐voltage‐switching DC/DC converter with three three‐level pulse‐width modulation circuit cells

Abstract: This study presents a new soft switching DC/DC converter with current double rectifier to achieve zero-voltage switching for all power switches under a wide range of load condition. Three three-level pulse-width modulation circuit cells sharing the same power switches are adopted in the proposed converter to reduce the voltage stress of each switch at V in /2 and achieve load current sharing.
