Zeolite Linde type A powder analyzed by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy

Abstract: Zeolite Linde type A powder was characterized by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Sample was fixed to a stainless-steel sample holder with a copper double-sided adhesive tape. The spectra of survey spectra, C 1s, O 1s, Na 1s, Al 2p, and Si 2p, core levels were acquired. Results showed the presence of carbon, oxygen, aluminum, and silicon, elements that constitute the aluminosilicate molecule.
