Abstract

Sunflower oil meal as a substitute for soybean oil meal in the rations of egg type ehieks, pullets and laying hens The laying period lasted for ten months.At the end of the first period group average s for the liye weight \Yere ı202, i 160, 1208, 1207 and for the feed eonsumption 4301,405 1,4194,4112,4234 gram respectively.The group differenees for the live weight and for the feed consumption were not staıis-tielly signifieant (P > 0.05). Laying rate for group s were 63. 06, 68.48, 69,48, 69.74,68,50, 66.18 percent, total egg produetion in ten monıhs 182, 198,203, 198, 190 and average egg weight 58.33, 57.74, 58.40, 59,85, 59.29 grams respeetively; none of the group differenees were statistiealy signifieant (P > 0.05).lt is eoncluded that soybean oil meal can be substituted with sunflml'er oil meal up to 20-25 % level in the rations of egg type ehieks, pulIets and hens with no signifieant effeets on produetion eharaeteristies.Özet: Bu araştırma, yumurta yönlü eiveiv piliç ve tavuk rasyonlannda ayçiçeği küs-pesinin soya fasulyası küspesi yerine hangi sınırlar içersinde kullanılabileeeğini saptamak üzere düzenlenmiştir.Araştırmada günlük yumurtacı Golden-Comet dişi eiveivlcri kullanılmış.
