Distance learning is a learning model that is applied as one of the policies of the world government in the field of education to break the chain of the spread of the covid-19 virus. Many problems occur during distance learning, including in special education, one of which is deaf children, where deaf children have barriers in communicating but must follow learning without meeting in person in the classroom. This study aims to find out what information technology is most mastered by deaf children as a means of supporting distance learning. This research was conducted on deaf children at the high school level in extraordinary schools that during the covid 19 pandemic the school implemented an online learning system. This study uses descriptive analysis with the questionnaire filling method. Data collection is done by disseminating questionnaires containing questions related to the mastery of applications on smartphones aimed at deaf children. Furthermore, the data is analyzed using inductive and thematic analytics. Dai this research can be known that from the use of Whatsapp Application as a means of communication used to receive distance learning materials is 94.74%, zoom meeting application mastery rate 0.00%, then youtube application mastery level in receiving information 100.00%. And the most preferred time for deaf children to learn is free, which is 65.79%. So it can be concluded that the smartphone application that is most mastered by deaf children in high school in learning and receiving information is a Youtube application and the preferred time for deaf children in learning is free or unspecified. This article aims to study the use of social media as a learning resource. Basically, social media tends to be freely used by various circles, both in terms of cost and time spent. In addition, looking at the economic conditions during the declining COVID-19 pandemic, making social media can be used as an alternative step to learning resources compared to other learning application platforms that tend to be paid. Based on these facts, the authors are interested in studying social media's use as an alternative learning resource in favor of the New Normal policy that the government has now applied. One of New Normal policies decided by the government is to optimize the process of blended learning or full online in the implementation of education at every level. Thus, social media can be used to learn because of the simple process that makes it easier to learn in its use. There have been many studies that reveal the success of social media use, especially Youtube, Instagram, and WhatsApp, as learning resources before the pandemic so that social media can be used as a learning resource during New Normal life. Hopefully, through social media, this can be one of the alternative troubleshooting learning problems in the New Normal period.

Making a work through a short film is a pride to make a better experience for thefuture. With the short film can put wisdom or a lesson in it and draw the attention ofthe audience to learn to make short films, for hobbies and to work in the field ofvideography. In making a short film, it certainly requires technical requirements init. So that people who see, make and understand the contents in the short film so theycan know the techniques used. One of them is to make a short film entitled IT inMillennial Daily Life by using handheld techniques and continuity cutting in it. Theexistence of making a short film with the title IT in Millennial Daily Life, has theaim to provide information that today many people who in their daily lives are verydependent on technology. The use of technology that can be done anytime andanywhere or commonly called IT for life. In making the short film, using the twotechniques already mentioned, namely the handheld technique and continuitycutting, which aims to produce videos that do not shake or shake, and the continuitycutting technique in the video editing process produces a video transfer that is nottoo flashy.
