“…The population of the study was based on the rural communities in low literacy rate areas that have been provided with rural library facilities. This group of population was chosen due to the probability of the respondents having higher practice on reading than other rural communities without rural library services (Dent and Goodman, 2015; Samsuddin et al , 2018).
