Abstract:A special vibration damper is proposed for Young’s modulus and hardness identification through a scratching process on extruded aluminum. This paper presents the design and working principle of a scratching damper based on a scratching device. A non-contact electromagnetic shaker is used to generate the shaking force for test sample vibration.
