Amaç; Yoga yapan bireylerin yaygın kaygı bozukluğu, psikolojik sağlamlık ve mutluluk düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya yoga yapan 150 kişi katılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan veri toplama araçları; “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Yaygın Kaygı Bozukluğu (YAB-7), “Kısa Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği” ve “Oxford Mutluluk Ölçeği-Kisa Formu” dur. Bulgular: Katılımcıların yagın kaygı bozukluğu puan ortalamaları 5,25±4,25 olarak bulunmuştur. Katılımcılarının psikolojik sağlamlık puanlarına bakıldığında ortalamalarının 20,02±2.25 olduğu görülmekte olup mutluluk ortalamalarının ise 23,17±3,02 olduğu saptanmıştır. Katılımcıların yoga yapıyor olmaları ile yaygın kaygı bozukluğu düzeyi arasında negatif yönlü, psikolojik sağlamlık ve mutluluk düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir istatiksel ilişki saptanmıştır (p
